Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also included in this new photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing various parts of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
